Here are some of the things we offer to help you get the tour organize and prepare our clients for the tour.

For Teachers:

We have developed leaflets/questionnaire for trips that are more than just a word search or a handful of trivia questions.

For the school tour coordinator:

We give bus seat plans for the seating arrangements of the students, rules and regulations of the places to be visited and other pointers for the safety of our clients.

For the School:

We provide posters and brochures of the school's field trip itineraries, for posting in the bulletin board.

Primary Tours takes safety seriously. We use bus companies that have a proven safety record. Our tour coordinators and guides are trained to be safety conscious at all times and is easily identifiable by their ID's and uniforms.

Each tour coordinator and guides are equipped with:

• Medical Kit
• Public Address System
• Communication device

Payment Options:

Initial down payment to Primary Tours can be made in a number of ways:

• Cheque payable to Primary Tours
• Through any BPI Family Bank branch
• In person at our office

On the tour date, once our staffs get the total number of all the participants, we will provide a final breakdown of all the costs including down payments given by the client. The balance should be paid in cash on or before lunch time during the tour.
