Minors Traveling Abroad

This is in line with the Department of Social Welfare and Development's (DSWD) upcoming launch of the Harmonized Electronic Licensing and Permit Systems (HELPS), an innovative platform designed to streamline the issuance of travel permits for minors traveling abroad.

This effort aims to reduce, if not eliminate, instances of minor passengers being offloaded due to the lack of a DSWD-issued travel clearance.
